HGBS’s vision, “Creating Dynamic Leaders,” is about educating students on the complexities that the world’s businesses will face in the near and distant future. HGBS believes that by maintaining a firm grasp on future trends and novel initiatives, it will be able to deliver meaningful content to students that best prepares them for leadership roles in their respective domains. A dynamic leader is a person who can understand the holistic picture and can make sound decisions in times of great complexity.

Mission

HGBS’s mission “Delivering beyond expectations” expresses our aspiration to continuously surpass the expectations of students, teachers, and stakeholders. This means that HGBS must maintain a continuous feedback loop with all stakeholders to objectively gauge performance against expectations. We must also continually evaluate and adjust our performance to exceed international standards.
